Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I was a resident at this apartment for around 8 months. Many maintence issues, including air conditioning failures of over 4 times, with poor service to my problems. Parking at night is a frustrating, as alot of non resident vehicles are there, and parking spots are not assigned. Lots of night time noise in the parking lots, cars, loud music, fighting. The local aldi grocery has homeless people in the woods next to it, make the walk and you can see the trails. A very disappointing expirence.
