Moved in over 4 yrs ago in the 'Old Section' and after a year and 1/2 of that, moved to the new section. Maintenance was a little slow and some things didn't seem important enough to be fixed, but it was the management company mostly. When we moved to the new unit there was a broken appliance and none of the parts they had fit it. We've just put up with it. Had to call the cops on the neighbors only once. Of highest importance, before the management change they worked like dogs if anyone had AC out. Not so now. Mostly nice folks living here. Only one sexual preditor and no real problem folks. Management has changed so now we have all sorts of new folks and it's getting hard to tell this complex from the super-cheap ones just by driving through. We're leaving when our lease is up. We're having 'inspections' so they can get people who haven't had their rent changed to move out. If you complain to the office, you get an inspection. It will be interesting to see if they keep doing it.

Have to add, the changes to the 'old' section, externally at least as I've not seen inside, look great. They are putting in new French style doors and have stripped and wrapped the buildings as the put on new siding. They also have replaced the roofs. I spoke to a resident in the old section. Those changes reduced their powerbill by 50%!!
