Seems to have gone down hill...

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
I lived in this complex about ten years ago and it was a wonderful place to live back then. A large majority of the tenants were Rock Hill police officers...the neighborhood was quite and pieceful. I loved it. However, it seems from the comments that this place has gone down hill. That's unfortunate...I was planning on moving back, but no longer believe I want to. Very sad!
