the apartments are pretty nice and i think its cool that you don't have to bring a bed, desk, couches, end tables and all that kind of stuff TO the apartment. the price is probably a little more expensive than other places around rock hill BUT you have to keep in mind that you have unlimited use of water, cable, internet, power, etc. the worst thing about university place is the parking. its seriously just unbelievably bad. since mostly students live there the noise level is kind of high too. the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you in any way. i'd recommend university place to people.
