I hope that future residents will read this and steer very clear from university place. i have had NOTHING but bad experiences here. Not only is the place loud ALL THE TIME, the parking sucks. You have to walk about 2 blocks by this really creepy, poor area in order to get to your apartment. The building is poor quality and it feels just like you're living in a dorm. The property manager tries to act like your mother and she makes nothing but threats as far as enforcing parking rules, noise violations, etc. If you come to her with a complaint she won't do a thing about it. If you don't want to be treated like you're at home with mom, then don't live here. Its way too expensive and pretty crappy. Save your money and go somewhere else. This was THE biggest waste of my money EVER.
