University Place is awesome! I have lived in U.P for 2 years and I have loved every minute of it. All the utilites are included in the rent, it is right across the street from Winthrop and there is PLENTY of parking. The staff at U.P. is very hard working. Mrs. Linda goes out of her way to please the residents and their parents. University Place is a great place to live!
