DO NOT RENT HERE!!! WARNING!!! This place is an absolute nightmare. The prices are ridiculous for what you receive here. This is definitely a college student housing facility even though they try to make it available to non-students. They're just kidding themselves. Loud parties and crazy sex sounds definitely don't make it family friendly. There are much better apartments in Rock Hill for around the same price. The new management is terrible by the way. It seems like they've been changing personnel constantly since Linda left. ( I really miss Linda) No one wants to work here, and no one wants to live here. Please listen to the warning. Go somewhere else. You'll be much happier. If only I had listened before I moved here. Now I have to wait for this hell sentence to end!

You obviously don't know the management very well...they are really nice. I'm so glad they got rid of that platinum blonde ditz that was in the office cause she never did anything she told you she was going to do. Whoever made that call was right on! Truly...if you are so unhappy then you should move...you do have that OPTION you know. For those of us that have been here through the changes...it's getting better now that better staff is in place. Linda was nice but she did a lot of things that was unfair...she had her favorites! Just move if you don't like it!

wonder if the response is from the manager?!?!?! Seems to know alot of whats going on...Never seen that from a resident!!!!

Clearly if I had the option to move, I would have done it already. Since University Place requires a 900 dollar break lease fee, moving is just not an option for me. As a college student, I don't have that kind of money right now. Believe me, Graduation will not come soon enough. Then I will be able to move out of here, and in to a better apartment complex with people who don't sugar coat things. Everything I said was the absolute truth. University Place has definitely gone down hill since Linda left. She got things done. It's hard to believe that this review was written by anyone exect a manager.
