I have been living here for almost a month, and I just love it! It's so close to shopping and great restaurants. My apartment is really nice, and I love the fact that they have 4 bedrooms here. I was worried my friends and I would have to split up due to the fact most people only have 3 bedrooms. I'm really glad I picked University Place.

This has to have been written by management because everyone that I've talked to while living here. Thinks that we have all sold our souls to money grubbing devils. 10 months in to my lease they decided that they were going to reduce my cable from the agreed upon 60 channels to 20 channels that are mostly infomercials and what is free from an antenna. They like to invent fees and charges after leases have been signed. I have had many insane roommates one that was a complete drug addict and management refused to evict him. DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!!!
