This place is horrible! They tell you that you have free cable, but you only get channels 2-20. WHICH IS NOTHING!!! so you have to get your own cable. Rooms are super small. Parking is HORRIBLE!!! and i mean HORRIBLE!!!! the office staff have more parking than the students. You have to walk so far to just to get back to your apartment. It is definately a hike back and forth to campus. Unless you have gym classes. They mainly rent to college students, but yet do not accomdate them AT ALL!!! every time your rent is late (even if your finan. aid check comes late) you get charged 45 extra dollars. and of course your rent shouldnt be late, but if you are waitin on your check, then that wouldnt be your fault right''
I just do not recommend these apts. if you go to winthrop. stay at the courtyard if you want apt living. its bigger, free washing, and you get cable!!!!!! oh and parking doesnt suck like University Place!!!!!!!! I cant wait til my lease is up. I wish i could leave now!!!!!!
