The office and Clubhouse smells like cigarette smoke - its like you fell into an ashtray! The Manager smokes while in the office. All maintenance is contracted out to be completed by other people instead of the employees.

If you want some place where you can lounge with the employees this is your place!!!

You will be lucky if you get a maintenance request completed within the week let alone 24!!!

The manager does smoke in the office, and I personally think it's a bad habit. BUT I have never had any problems with the staff and the maitenace men have always come quickly to any problem that I have had. I have lived here for over a year and can't say this place is anything but wonderful.
