I?m not sure why the previous reviewer is so negative. I currently live at the Arbors and have no real complaints. The management is fairly open minded. You will NOT find the typical corpoate mumbo jumbo.
I have also been very happy with the property.
Keep in mind, this property was just recently purchased. They are having a few issues with the company that built the property. As with any move in to a brand new building, there are a few birthing pains but the management has been very reasonable in helping with these problems.
Oh, yeah, the property is beautiful and the free internet is EXTREMELY fast. Much faster than even the highest tier of Charter's pipeline. Combine that with the included water and you get a very reasonable price.
