I lived at the Arbors for 6 months while my house was being built. I was originally sold on the gated entrance and the fact that it was "brand new". After living there a short period I realized that alot comes along with being "brand new" like construction issues, gate not working properly. Trying to leave for work in the morning was an absolute nightmare. Granted I did have a garden tub, brand new appliances etc. but I don't see the value in spending so much. If I had to do over again I would not let the fact that it is brand new sway my decision. I would have looked at the big picture.
