We lived there for a year and were happy with the place on the whole. It's a little pricey but I guess that the price you pay for a new building with gated entrance and good overall privacy.

I would caution you in Four areas.

1)- The "Free Internet" should be translated into "Free Viruses". I had every anti-virus and firewall known to man and I still caught 5. Their "T-1 line" internet has zero protection that you would get and take for granted with Charter where it is both necessary and standard. Here - you get free internet but the speed is variable and you can count on it going down several times a quarter escpecially in buidling #1. If you want to live here use Charter or another internet service.

2)- The males staff members are very stuck up. If you say hello, they will literally walk right by you without speaking. I think this is done by design as they are the ones that need to make the repairs to both the apartment and to the internet. They must feel that if they ignore everyone they won't be given anything to do, but the snoby attitude will piss you off. Needless to say if you have repirs that need to be addressed contact the office girls. They can be a little upity at times themselves but they are far nicer to deal with.

3)- What concerned me the most was their screening process. I think they are so eager to rent these places that they simply don't care who they rent to. There is a lot of turnover because some tenants don't appreciate the place and are either destructive, loud or simply have no appreciation fo a new building. Because of this you will now see oil marks in the parking lots, hear some ghetto music booming and see things slobbered in the stair wells etc and with a lazy maint staff it is no wonder that we saw a definate decline in the year we were there.

4)- The last thing has nothing really to do with the Arbor themselves as much as it has to do with the their location. In the morning you simply cannot turn left onto Fairview Rd to get to 385. Again, in the year that we were there they developed more on Fairveiw which lead to more traffic. Don't be surprised to wait 10 minutes trying to get 385. This can make for long communtes

If you knew how to use a computer in the first place you may not have had so many problems. Charter does not install a firewall on your personal computer for you. , I mean duhhhh HELLO! If the male staff mem bers passed you by there was likely a good reason...can you say "problem child"?
