When i moved into the apt in 2007 it was beautiful.with each passing year the property is sold and the conditions get worse.The gated entry stays open mon - sat during business hours and it also stays open for many cars in a row to drive through.
The noise is crazy.I can tell exactly where the person is that lives above me at all times.It sounds like they drop bowling balls.I can even hear them sneeze or cough in the shower.Sometimes I can hear voices from up there..with my tv on.The pool has mold growing in it.I have seen cigarette butts floating in the water along with empty water and soda containers thrown about. There is dog crap everywhere since people do not pick it up.The grass is now over a foot tall.It hasn't been cut in the common ares is weeks and bushes that are trimmed are grown like crazy because they haven't been trimmed yet this season.Trees and plants in the community are dying.There is no mulch in the flowerbeds leaving bare dirt that also looks disgusting.I pay luxury apartment rent to live in a DUMP.I have also had to call the police because of wild parties at 2 am.If I could get out of my lease i would gladly do so.Oh yea.the grounds by the front office and trash bins are maintained nicely.go figure.If you have quality standards of living DO NOT move here.
