It's been 9 months and we still enjoy living here. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful. Both go above and beyond for the residents. We are always welcome to stop in and chat; the pleasant attitude doesn't stop as soon as you sign the lease. The split floorplan is great, especially having kids or roommates. The open kitchen was a big selling point for me because I don't feel closed off from my guests. We love the pool. Being that it is heated, we were able to start going alot sooner than most other people. There is plenty of patio furniture and shaded spots if you decide to get out of the sun. I love the fact that there are sidewalks around the entire complex and we don't have to walk out in the road. There are the usual things that go along with living in an apartment, but that is to be expected. I sometimes hear the people above me, but it's nothing I would consider disruptive. Some of the landscaping is looking a tad shabby, but we also just came out of a drought. The community is gated but the gates are open during normal business hours. I can, however, attest to the safety of them when they are closed because I accidentally left my fob at home and it took forever for me to get in the complex!! Overall, I would recommend the complex to anyone and have absolutely no regrets over living here... well, just maybe that I should have done it sooner. =)

I just want to agree with everything said. I have been here a little over 2 years and love it. The management and maintenance are wonderful and always help with anything in a timely manner. I would and do, recommend living here.
