I lived at Fairview for almost 5 years before having to move. When we first moved in, things were fine (what you would normally expect from living in an apartment) but when it was sold and new management took over, things went downhill FAST. As it turns out, the exterminator wasn't 'actually' coming out even though we were told they came out every month for preventative care. We ended up with mice in the attic that infested the entire building. It got so bad that we were catching them running across the living room and taking them down to the office to make them do something about it. They "let me" break my lease when I threatened to call one of the news stations about the situation. This would be the last complex in Simpsonville I would recommend.
