Very small 2 bedroom apartment, master bath was tiny. Toilets both leaked and had to be repaired three times. absolutely minimal counter space in kitchen. Pool was nice but it gets pretty rowdy with teens that don't live there and are not supervised. Parking was pretty good. Do not live on bottom floors because you will hear everything from the tenants above and they throw their cigarette butts on your porch all the time. My wife and I complained about the cigarette butts to management and they did nothing. Children roam unsupervised all the time.

I agree with the last post. Especially the teens hanging out around the complex and some of the adults. They smoke weed out in the open in the courtyard and the parking lot. There is always beer cans scattered around the place. It is not safe for children to be around here. I feel like I live in the ghetto. I would not recommend anyone to live in Oak Pointe, unless your a hoodlum drug addict!
