Main problem is that office manager never is on sight during after hour emergencies. She visits with misc. people, non-business related, very often during business hours. She always seems to have anyone but herself handle work around complex. Uses maintenance personnel for most everything apparently, since they do everything that needs to be done except for painting & carpet. The security officer is never called in for help, as no one has ever had her called in to help them. Office manager doesn't seem to handle problems between tennants, and tennants discuss and agree on this around pool or when passing each other in parking lot.
