Quit whining. What's that got to do with living there? What did you think of the apartment you saw? What about the office people? This "review" of your is completely worthless. Sometimes, the office might be understaffed due to illness, emergency, lunch time or people there before you to see an apartment. Did you have an appointment? Makes it a lot quicker if you think ahead and let them know you're coming. The fault is probably yours more than theirs.

I waited less than 3 minutes to view the aparment. I have been treated very nicely by all who I have been in contact with at this aparment complex
