Unless the management has changed recently. Don't bother renting from here. They are the worst pain in the neck to deal with. Any time you needed something done, they would take forever to get to you, but when they needed something from you, they expected it immediately. We were quoted one price when they were showing us the place, but a different price when we were signing the papers. Luckily, I told my wife that we were going to walk out and forfeit our application fee unless they validated the lower price that we were originally quoted. Also, they tried to steal money from us several times by saying that we didn't pay our bill on time (but we showed them receipts and check deposit slips to prove other wise). They also said that we didn't pay for utilities one month--and again we had to prove with receipts and deposit slips that we had. They never had their act together and always tried to tack on fees which was a nightmare to argue against. One month, our neighbors had a pipe burst in their apartment at midnight and their apartment was flooding. They even called the emergency hotline to make the management aware of the problem. The management told them to cut off the water, but they never bothered to call us and let us know that we should prepare for our apartment to be flooded also. As a result, I awoke at 7am with my living room covered in almost 2inches of water, ruining lots of our stuff. I also had to miss a day of work to make sure that the carpet got cleaned and to attempt to move/salvage some of our furniture and belongings. If the management had been at all competent, they would have known to call us and let us know to prepare for such an event, but they aren't. All of the management only had a total of one brain between them, and it resided in the head of one of the lowly staffers, Jade. She was the only person who actually thought reasonably. However, she was too low on the totem pole to make a difference. If she is in charge now, then I would recommend this place. If any of the other people are still in control then stay away from this place.
