I lived at Arbor Glen for a year. During that time I had three different neighbors that lived across the hall from me. The first set got busted for drugs. The worst part is the manager at the time also got in trouble because she was also involved in their drug use. Then I had another neighbor. She seemed to have a problem taking out her trash and would leave it in the hallway. It would smell so bad. Then my last set of neighbors partied eery night. Not to mentoin the fact that one of them was under age. So many people came in and out of that apartment. People would bang on my door late at night thinking that it was the place where the party was at. Well I complained several times to the manager and called the police. However, the problem just kept on.
On top of that I was never able to use the laundry mat because it was always completely full. If I happen to get lucky I would have to stay with my laundry to keep my clothes from getting stolen or dumped on the floor. Laundry could not be left unattended.
The manager at the time some old lady would never do anything.She would just sit on the clubhouse balcony by the pool all day smoking away. She gave me the creeps. She was always staring at everybody. Plus she was not nice at all.
The only time that I have ever had my car broke into was while I lived here. I found that odd though because the security person for the apartments lived across the parking lot from me. He could see my car from his window. So much for security. Cars got broke into the whole time I was there. I couldn't even leave a book in the car without someone trying to get it.
Then of course there is a school across the street from here. It happens to be across from the entrance to the apartments. So expect to wait a while to get out of the parking lot.
Do not stay here.It really isn't that good of a deal.
