Not so bad for a first place.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
Price was right for my first place. We were loud. Neighbors were loud. But that didn't bother either of us. Livable place for single party goers. Not too great for families. Didn't expect the deposit back, but I got it. When you can actually afford better.....Go. Good place to live to save Money. VERY STEEP STEPS. New management nice.
