I have lived here for about a year. So far I have only two major complaints. First, there is no roofing over the top floor porch so the rain comes down to everyone, so don't leave anything you don't want to get wet on your porch. Of course, you do have the choice of a sunroom instead. The other thing is that the pool is very small.
