I lived at The Bluffs for 3 years, during the last year ownership and management changed and living here became hell. The new staff never took care of maintenance, apartment grounds, or the pool. I had my car stereo stolen twice in broad daylight. The apartment manager issued a letter at 5pm one evening right before it came on the news a women had been raped and a man beaten almost to death there. The letter stated to walk to your car with a friend because the staff would not be responsible for what happened to their tenants. Maintenance never fixed anything. I even had to buy my toilet seat and replace it. Also, don't expect under any spotless condition your apartment is when you leave, they will make up damages so you won't get security deposit back. I even took dated pictures of the apartment and contested the damages in writing, they had already sent my bill to a collection agency, and was less then 30 days after i had moved out. Bascially, move here if you are a woman and carry a gun for safety so you don't get attack, don't mind fixing your own maintenance, and don't mind throwing your security deposit away.
