I lived in The Bluffs from 1/04-6/07. And in those years management has changed 4 times. The current staff is horrible and rude, and when you call to the corporate office their just as rude! When I first moved there is was an upscale apartment community, but since they hired that last leasing consultant the standards has just gone down. The manager will never return your calls, and then they send out these memos with bad grammar trying to enforce ridiculous rules i.e. No one can stand outside after 9 pm The Bluffs has left a bad taste in mouth about apartments in general, just stay away from this place. And if you do decide to rent here make sure you get everything in writing, the staff has selective amnesia
