My mother lives in this community. I have come in town from Atlanta to visit her on many occasions, and lived with her a month this summer Everytime I come, she has a problem with something in her Apt. that needs to be repaired. Everytime, she has to wait unreasonable amounts of time to get the work done. The office staff are very unprofessional. (you can tell this by simply looking at how the rent office is maintained-dirty carpets and desks. The apartments are falling apart because managers never stay long and don't get anything done. The maintenance staff are basically unqualified and understaffed to do the types of repairs needed. There also a lot of kids roaming around aimlessly- a recipe for trouble. Don't be fooled by the location. Yes, it is on the East side of town on East Main in walking distance of shopping areas but there are other apartments close, like The Corners. The rent is low to me (being from Atlanta) but I still don't think it is worth it. LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!
