The management is the WORST. The head lady in the office is very rude, and doesnt like to work with residents. The G building where I lived burned down and they didnt even ofer to help any of us. The houses are so old and not up to fire code. We had 1 smoke detector in the whole house and it didnt even work. Everythign is made out of wood and can burn easily! Not only that but they landscape with dry pine needles...NOT A SMART MOVE!! The houses need mantinece constantly and you can hear everything that goes around you. They are SUPER AWFUL!! You can deffinately find a lot better in Spartanburg. CAmpus Suites down the street may be a little more but it is deffinately worth it. The prices are reasonable and evernthign is fully furnished. The staff is great, and are always there to help. College pointe is also better than Campus Edge...ANYTHING is better than campus edge!! TAKE IT FROM ME DONT MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!
