I lived at Country Club Apartments for about 2 and a half years. I stayed primarily because it was so cheap and it is a hassle to move. The noise level wasn't constant but every once in a while there was a party that the cops never showed up at that would last until 4 in the morning. I was a student and that wasnt the best environment for me. The maintenance was always well taken care of. My main complaint and I can see from other peoples comments that its fairly common is the retchid office staff. With the exception of a very friendly maintenance guy and one or two seemingly decent people, the rest were horrible. They were rude, ignored requests, and were just in general evil. They will seem fine at first, but once you sign the lease, you are at their mercy. They didn't want to deal with packages coming to the office anymore so they made everyoone get their packages from the post office (not convenient at all). When we had several issues come up at our place we asked one of the workers to please tell maintenance. Our requests went unattended for weeks because she did not let them know. Finally we wrote a nasty letter and made a few threats and it was done the next day. We pay for these services when we rent and we were basically ignored. Parking with the country club there is nearly impossible. There were even a few break ins because people had to park far away from their apartments because all the spots were taken. The grounds are well kept, the pool is nice. If you can deal with evil office workers then I would recommend Country Club. If not, run run run.
