Well, glad I'm gone would just like to say that obviously someone from the office has read this review and is trying to "save face". No tenant who still lives there would read a review, as they STILL LIVE THERE. Nice try, but I think most of your tenants would agree - in fact, I would state that anyone I spoke to while I lived there told me they were miserable - not because of the maintenance staff, but because of the maintenance itself - you are right, your maintenance staff is wonderful - too bad the management cannot follow suit. The reputation of this apartment complex is well known in this community, by renters and professionals alike. Hope your rent gets discounted for the review - have a great day. Oh, and by the way - I am ready for "retaliation charges" - I have spoken with counsel. Again, have a great day.
