I read the most recent review that was posted on 4-3-08 where the person was stating glad I'm gone. I have lived here for 4 years and I'm very pleased. When I read such comments as this, I laugh because the maintenance staff is wonderful.
Before moving in here, I owned my own home, I too had termites. This will happen to any home at some time or another. Just because you rent, it does not mean that the landlord is responsible for everything. I'm positive once this was brought to managements attention, it was promptly taken care of. As far as sewage goes, when you rent any where in an apartment community, there is going to be problems such as overflowed toilets, inside wall leaks etc... Just because a toilet would overflow, does not mean it is sewage. I think this tenant is not a happy person and when you are not happy, you find fault with everthing.
I think country club apartments is wonderful, I love it here, I love the office and maintenance staff. They are a very caring team.
When you rent an apartment, you must take into consideration that you have to give up a little privacy, and if you are not willing to do that, then buy a house.
