i currently live here and its ok except for the maintenance. very, very slow. i called three weeks ago just to change a big lightbulb and still no show. i finally just went and bought it myself. the pool is nice and kept clean. wish it was bigger for this many apartments. some noisy neighbors but the public safety is pretty good about riding thru every hour or so. very clean when i moved in. overall, for the rent, its good.
