I moved into Rose Hill in April of 2002 and I haven't had a big problem with them. Maintanence is pretty slow getting out but I really havent had any major problems. Floorplans are really large and I like that. Rose Hill is a decent place for a college student to live in during school but I would not recommend it to a family. Crime is not bad. One thing that is irritating are the many kids hanging all in the parking lots all times of the day.
