What happened to the Paying Customer

I am sorry to say that for the paying customer it does not seem as if that matters here. You really do get what you pay for. This property is owned by the same property managers as Whispering Pines Apts and I moved from there not knowing this to Crown Pointe and had to deal with the same stuff. There are roaches in the apt from the time you move in (even when you are viewing it and before you rent it) to the time you move out. My heating system caught on fire and I had to threaten them that I would call the fire dept. if they would not fix it which they came and are still coming until this day but it is still the same. If you live in building E, the thermostat for the heater is way off. If you put your heat on 75 degrees it will blow out until your apt feels about 85 degrees and when you turn it down it will get about 60 degrees. Your throat will stay dry and your nose stopped up from the heat. Very poor insulation. If you call the apt office for one thing you may have to call back two or three times and explain the situation multiple times before something finally is done about it. The faucets continuosly leak. Unless you are a college student trying to save money which I was at the time do not move in, even if you are still it is not worth the frustration. This place is not fit for a family especially a child. I thank God everyday that I am moving out.
