At first the management was awesome, they were quick to help us deal with any issues we had which were A LOT! Then management changed it it was a bunch of well, nothing. They didn't want to do anything to help and it was an inconvenience in their day that something was wrong. The renovated model looks great and the apt. looked great when we moved it, but the longer we stayed the worse it got! It looks great but its just a cosmetic job! I will list the many things that went wrong and I know you will probably think that i'm making it up but I promise EVERY one of these things happened and they didnt care....

1. Ants EVERYWHERE
2. Leaking water into the living room carpet from outside french doors
3. spiders, spiders, SPIDERS
4. JUMPING GIANT CRICKETS (let me tell you they are freakin creepy!)
5. Air went out in the middle of the summer OVER 100 in apt (they brought 1 window air unit 2 bedroom apt for a and it took 2 days to fix)
6. Family of RACOONS in ceiling and walls!!!!!
7. Front door repeatedly had to be shaved down so it would close and lock
8. dishwasher had to be replaced because it would not work.
9. The biggest repeat problem was in the bathroom! The first week the shower from upstairs where they were renovating leaked into the walls of our bathroom, all they did was repaint our bathroom, it happened again and it stayed that way for a month then they repainted again....hmmmm does anyone think that maybe they should have FIXED the problem!!! It happened AGAIN!!!!! I just said forget it and told them to wait till I moved out and that after all the problems I better get all my deposit back!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR ANY REASON!!
