When I was first looking for an apartment in Spartanburg I thought that the services offered here were great. They will take packages for you if you're not home! I have had a serious problem with management in getting repairs done. My A/C broke and I had to sit in 90 degree tempatures for over 6 days. I had to call management multiple times in order to finally get the A/C fixed. Basically they acted like it was no big deal to live in an apartment with no A/C. I am very disappointed and would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Save your money and live somewhere else.
