i signed a 12 month lease, but ended up breaking it in 4 months. maintenance is horrible; we nicknamed them "bubble-gum" maintenance because they would use only quick fixes and never really fix the problems, which were frequent. the bathtub leaked into the kitchen everytime i took a shower. never fixed. you cant use the ac or heat because the air leaks out of every crack in the apartment, but you cant open the windows either, cause they're broken or have been painted shut for years. everything else aside, i had to get out for the safety of my child. very scary at night with groups of people standing around outside, people screaming at each other, the cops coming out almost two or three times a week! dont be fooled by the price and location. VERY "GHETTO"!
