This place is not as bad as the other commentors have made it out to be! My God, the rent is sooo cheap compared to the other apartments that are as old as they are.

Yes, there is a leak or a/c problem every once and a while, but the maint. guy is actually really nice, and always fixes any problems within a decent amount of time. If you want the Ritz, you pay for the Ritz.

The grounds are maintained beautifully, you don't have neigbors stomping above you since they are townhomes, and the staff here is supposedly all new since last year, and they all seem really nice.

They must be doing something right, since I had to be on a waitlist to get the townhome.

For people who are fruggle with their money, and still want a place that is quaint, clean, and roomy, you'll have nothing to worry about!
