I read the other review that called Magnolia "Ghetto" and it is not ghetto AT ALL! WHAT IS THIS PERSON TALKING ABOUT' WOW!! There are all races living here. Honestly, Whites, ------, ---------, Chinese, -------...it is a nice mixture of people here. They do not take the government vouchers or anything...this is conventional housing. If you are a red-neck racist, then you will not be happy here with all of the diversity. But if you are okay with other races no matter what your race you will fit in here. I am a 32 year old white guy with a teenage daughter. She stays home alone a lot at night because I work grave-yard and she is safe here. Perfectly safe.

I have been here for 2 years. I pay $510 for a two bedroom townhome! YES- that is not a typo, $510 for a two bedroom townhome!! The townhomes are older, but they are maintained very well. Whenever I call in a general work order they come with 48 hours to fix it. Per my neighbor, if it is an emergency- like no ac, they come right away. This is a small community. You get good service. And I know good service when I see it. The grounds are trimmed nicely and the office staff is so friendly.

Resonable rent- PERFECT LOCATION within walking distance to restaurants like Red Lobster and the Mall. Good Service. A Safe Place to Raise Children.
