I moved here about 6 months ago and I LOVE my apartment!! All of the "bad" residents have been moved out and there are tons of families, younger professionals and just lots of really nice people here! The maintenance staff is very quick with repairs and absolutely friendly when you call the pager at midnight! The office staff always has a smile on their face and seems very happy to see you and help you out! The community is silent at night... have not seen a cop or what not out here since I moved in!

I know Magnolia once had a bad rep but it is NOTHING like that any longer!!Great location! Great price! Great place!!
