Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I have lived in these apartments for 3 years. It takes them forever to fix anything!! We had water running from our shower through the floor and into the kitchen!!! Then Avril tried to say that it was OUR fault for this happeing!'!! This building that we stay in was finished in 1974( I moved our upstairs mirror and saw the date on the wall!!!) They are rude, and will try to change your contract without you knowing or except you to say something when they change it! I have had my best friend from high school who lived next door @ the complex move.(I should have also!) MAN WHATEVER YOU DO...HAVE A LAWYER DRAW UP A BETTER CONTRACT TO ENFORCE THEM TO MAKE YOUR APARTMENT A SAFE APARTMENT. THAT'S WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE!!!
