Possibly the worst place on earth.

I am appalled by this apartment complex. We're leaving soon after the lease is proved to be void.

I believe this could be one of the worst places to live. For 200 dollars less (don't let the first rent they suggest fool you, they'll raise it to well over that amount) - the places you could live are 10x better. Right now I'm trying to cope through a pillbug/millipede infestation that management refuses to do anything about. I sweep them up and in 1 hour(NO EXAGGERATION) the ENTIRE floor was covered with the creatures again. My daughter is terrified of bugs and has finally convinced me to leave this terrible place. She's getting traumatized from this building.

That is not all. The tubs are completely covered in scum around the faucets, and two of the other faucets don't even work properly. One would spurt out water, then wouldn't provide water at all, then only ran at a snail's pace (a long while to fill a glass.) After doing a test, it was found out the water is disgusting, too.

We cannot even go downstairs because there are so many bugs/issues. This is not a liveable complex.

On each rating specifically
Parking - Good luck keeping your space! People can have multiple cars and you probably won't be able to park where you actually live.
Noise - There's are two car alarms and loud music outside right now. It's 5 am, you tell me.
Grounds - The roads are pretty. They paint the outside to give the illusion of a nice place, but it's actually horrible inside. They might show you a nice place but they'll put you in a horrible one. There's probably one townhome they keep for show.
Safety - My car was compelely smashed up. Windows and everything. It's banged on a daily basis by the community's (there's another issue!) cars.
Construction - Ooh, that's an interesting conversation going on just next door! What's that about Freddy Vs. Jason' I can hear them. There's a giant tree that prevents any sunlight from getting in, thus making the place seem even worse.
Maintenance - HAH! You don't want to get me started on the ONE MAN maintenance team and his handy pals he brings around that you certainly don't want to leave your items around for when they enter. He even has his son helping him! He can't fix anything for crap! Sure, he might manage a lightbulb but the entire light will fall apart in a few days.
Staff - The manager is completely rude and rarely listens. When asked for a copy of the lease, she gave a part of it. She doesn't negotiate and it's clear she doesn't want to talk to you. Ever.

The picture included (I dont know if it will be posted) is a picture of one of the faucets that has been malfunctioning for ages (they won't fix it). That's the lowest you can have it on to make it run. It's hot and splashes on you, and if you go to add cold water you'll just end up getting water all over the place. The other one is of the terrible way the tub looks from leaking that they won't fix.

My daughter went out late at night (against my wish) and ended up coming back home because grown men were harassing her just outside the house. They asked her how old she was. There's another great example of the community.
