MY HUSBAND AND I LIVED AT PARK PLACE FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. PARK PLACE HAS GREAT GROUNDS, FRIENDLY AND FAST MAINTNANCE TEAM, GREAT AND CARING OFFICE STAFF, AND NICE CLEAN APARTMENTS. WE HAD NO MAJOR PROBLEMS WHILE WE WERE THERE. SOME OF THE NEIGHBORS WERE A NUISANCE BUT THE OFFICE STAFF WORKS HARD AND GETTING THOSE NEIGHBORS REMOVED. WE HAD A NICE EXPERIENCE THERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT.
