This apartment complex caters to the older generations. If you are of younger "decent" or an older person that likes to have fun you may want to give this place another thought. Also ladies if you want a place of your own I would second guess living here because the maintenance men are quite flirtatious almost to the point that it is scary. Also the landlord lady is a royal pain in the neck. These apartments were built in the 1970s so there are functional problems as well. THe plus side to these aparments are that you get a washer and dryer with each apartment and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The swimming pool is always clean but come early if you want a seat out there because they go fast.. especially on Saturdays. Also don't use the hot tub (if it is even working) past 10 or you may be getting yelled at by the resident cop for TRESSPASSING! Happy apartment hunting!
