A Bunch of Spoiled College Kids

Stay away. If you live here you will be guaranteed two things. 1) You will be given some type of notice from the management about something because the Manager Sally is about 100 years old, not married and a pain in the neck. 2) Some spoiled college kid will put a note on your car or complain about something and think they are better than you. Also, at least twice a month something goes wrong within the apartment, either the floor is rotten or a water heater explodes. The maintenance staff are soon to be sued for perverted harassment and the walls are as thin as a piece of paper. Also, the maintenance staff enters your apartment and never lets you know until you call the police because your door was unlocked. If you going to pay this much for an apartment, buy a house. Also, beware of Palmetto Bugs, they are everywhere and the management refuses to hire a real pest control company.

I absolutely agree, I lived here about 4 months ago and left because of the manager and the place is falling apart. I was also sick of getting notices about doing something.

I agree as well. The mamager is a pain in the a$$! She is totally against anyone under 35 years of age no matter what. If you move in.. you will get some type of fine on your door. Also, since i've been here I've had to have a new water heater, new toilet, and my apartment has flooded 2 times. Also my ceiling has leaked and it took 6 MONTHS to fix it. Don't live here.

I've lived here for 6 months now, and the management is friendly and helpful. My apartment has had no major problems, and when I have reported any minor ones (the screen door came off the track, for example, and I couldn't get it back on), they were fixed in a matter of days. I've gotten newsletters once a month, but no notice of any other kind. I really like Riverwind. As for the Palmetto bugs, this is South Carolina. You didn't think they called it the Palmetto State because of the trees, did you?
