Please do not rent these apartments.
1. The office personnel is very unresponsive.
2. The maintenance staff does not do a good job. My dryer broke down once and in the process of fixing it, my dishwasher is now broke down.
3. I have an uncontrollable problem with ants (which gets worse everytime it rains). I have reported the problem time after time, but the problem is still not under controll.
4. My carpet next to the patio door has mildew stains becuase of a leak.
5. The air conditioning unit is above one of my bathrooms and it leaks into the tub. Maintenace came to repair it, and they simply just painted a piece of wood and put it over the leak (how distasteful).
