Two stove burners didn't work for the first few weeks after moving in. I had a foreign friend come stay with me and, although he offered to pay his part of the rent upfront, had to provide a credit check (from Europe!) which was extremely time consuming and unnecessary. This also showed the trust going on at this complex. He was also not allowed to go to the pool by himself, as he was not on the contract. All in all, the staff is very unfriendly and slow to repair things. Do not live in these apartments
