This property use to be a nice place to live. When I first moved here in June of 1997 the property was beautiful! It remained the same until a couple of years ago when a new company started management of it. This company (PRG Management) took over and since then EVERYTHING has went down hill, almost overnight. Every month when I go into the office to pay my rent there is a new manager there. The old manager from when I moved in left very shortly after PRG took over, and from what the older tenents say, she was at the property for 20 some odd years, and was an excellant manager, but could not deal with the new company, and left after only a few weeks after they (prg) started. Since she left there has been approx. 8 property managers in the office 3-4 maint. guys, and so many temp and weekend and front office girls I can't even name them all!!! And today when I went in to pay my rent....quess what' yep, they had another manager in the office. I just spoke with the manager that morning, and told her that I would be dropping by to see her this evening to bring her something, and this young ( and I do mean young) man said that she no longer worked for the company.I don't understand what this BOB DOMINY fellow who is the owner or president or what ever he is, probem is but I am very upset and very worried about the future of this property if something doesn't happen quick. The property looks terrible, however they did hire a new lawn company today, but I already heard from the maint. guys that they would only be here through the summer and fall and we will be in the same ugly mess that we are in now again this winter. The maint guys worked all winter after the ice storm to remove all of the limbs that the ice broke, because the company (Prg) fired the landscapers the day AFTER the ice storm! How stupid can they be!!!And why can they not see that people are moving out faster than they are moving in!'''
This company fires everyone, and for what looks like no reason, this last girl was only here for 6-8 weeks and was really great with the residents, and assured us that given the oppertunity that she would turn things around for us...well she wasn't given much of an oppertunity, since she was fired today.
Does anyone out there have any ideas as to what these elderly retired folks like myself can do'
Oh, and please don't move here right now....you won't be happy!
