I lived here 08/06 to 07/07. I have no complaints. I have no idea what that 2nd to last reviewer was talking about. I did not find the residents to be creepy "whatevers" as he put it ever so delicately, and even though there were some changes in the office staff during my time there (maybe I drove them away-LOL!), everyone was cool. I can remember only one idiot who would let his annoying Chihuahuas bark incessantly, but management took care of that. My only beefs, and they are minor, are that you have to use these money cards for the laundry machines rather than your own change and you can only replenish the cards when the managers office is open. Make sure you always have enough money on the card for a load or two. Also, during the summer months, wasps and hornets tend to converge in the stairwells. However, if you make a request to the office staff that maintenance apply some bug spray, that will take care of the insects. You may not get some conveniences of other complexes like state of the art fitness centers or washers and dryers in your unit, but then again, the rent is quite reasonable. If you are going to live in the East Side of Spartanburg, want a decent living environment and wish to not have much of your paycheck eaten by rent, strongly consider The Corners.
