The entire property has gone downhill within the year and a half I have lived at the Corners. The management changes so frequently it is like they cant keep up with all the residents needs. Also, the management clearly does not have a problem with racism within the complex. I, in addition to many other neighbors, witnessed one of the maintenance men scream such racial slurs at a current resident. My work orders take over a week to fill, even if it is a kitchen light that went out. I have had my water shut off for a total of 5 days straight.

The office and management love to talk and gossip about the residents and spread rumors around the complex. I have terminated my lease early and am leaving.

Also, the grounds look like a tornado went through them. There are ants in almost every apartment and roaches everywhere.

Since this new change in management, the Corner's has now begun to turn into something resembling that of Creekridge.

My advice...DO NOT RENT AT THE CORNERS!!
