This place has really been great for me. I have enjoyed living here and am going on my 4rth year with this community. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but some of the reviews listed seem a little bogus to me. I agree that ants do kinda take over but Ive never had them IN my apartment. There is a gentleman who will spray your apartment and exterior...you have to ask though. The maint staff has always taken care of my requests within a day latest, two. They have always been kind and considerate to clean up after themselves. The office does go through transitions of management at least once a year...but there is a girl in there that has been here a while. They have always been kind to me and I feel went above my expectations at times. Safety is all about NOT leaving things in your car that would give someone the incentive to break in. Yet, it happens everywhere...not just here. I am one of the individuals whos car was broken into last year, yet it was my own fault leaving my I pod and purse in plain view. From that point on, I take everything in my home. I have not experienced a break in since!! This is a wonderful place in my mind and I would suggest anyone to come live here.

It is someone's fault if their car gets broken into? I don't think so... If your car is locked you should be able to leave whatever you want in it and not think someone is going to break into your privacy and steal. My apartment is locked, and I have tons of nice stuff in here, does that mean it's my fault if it gets broken into? NO.
